This app is an educational tool for children aged 8–11 preparing for 11+ exams. By using the app, you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian must register on behalf of the child.

1. About the service

Robotics AI Academy ("we", "us", "our") provides the 11+ Revision app at elevenplus.roboticsaiacademy.co.uk. The app offers practice questions, progress tracking, and revision tools for students preparing for UK 11+ entrance examinations.

2. Who can use this app

The app is intended for children aged 8–11, supervised by a parent or guardian
A parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent for the child to use the service
By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the app
Guest mode may be used without registration, but progress will not be saved beyond the current device

3. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate information during registration, including your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and your child's first name
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

4. Service tiers

The app offers the following tiers:

Free: Limited questions per day across selected subjects. No payment required
11+ Plus: Expanded question bank, all available subjects, topic-based practice, and additional features. Requires a paid subscription
11+ Pro: AI-generated questions, advanced analytics, and mock exam mode. Coming soon

Features and pricing may change. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the paid features substantially

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any purpose other than educational revision
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the question content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use automated tools or bots to access the service
Interfere with the app's operation or infrastructure

7. Intellectual property

All content in the app — including questions, explanations, designs, and branding — is owned by Robotics AI Academy and protected by copyright
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
"Robotics AI Academy" and "11+ Revision" are trademarks of Robotics AI Academy
Exam board names (GL Assessment, CEM) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board

8. Educational disclaimer

The app is a revision aid and does not guarantee any exam result
Questions are designed to reflect the style and difficulty of 11+ exams but are not sourced from actual exam papers
We recommend using this app alongside other revision methods and, where appropriate, professional tutoring
We are not affiliated with any school, exam board, or local authority

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible
We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms
On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
